What is Hesk?

Hesk is a cloud-based help desk system that serves businesses of all sizes. It helps managers in IT, facility maintenance, customer service, and operations domains to handle internal support issues and customer support.

At SPARK Schools, Hesk is used to provide customer support to the Support Office and all school campuses. We have also adopted it to provide support to our parents who send emails to the school-specific and support department mailboxes.
